International Certified Lactation Consultant
Feeding Support
That Works
Feeding your baby should be full of LOVE not stress
Hi, I'm Midwife Meghan,
Certified LACTATION CONSULTANT, REGISTERED MIDWIFE AND MUMMY TO OPHELIA
I understand just how challenging those early weeks can be. From the moments of self-doubt, wondering, “Am I doing this right?” to the late-night feedings when you’re running on pure love and barely any sleep—it can all feel overwhelming at times. These moments are both tender and exhausting, and it’s okay to need support along the way.
My goal is to help take the pressure off when it comes to feeding. Whether it’s breastfeeding, formula, or a combination of both, what truly matters is finding an approach that works for you and your baby. Feeding should feel less like a source of stress and more like an opportunity to connect and grow together.

We were so blessed to connect with Meghan after an emergency c-section brought our baby to us a month early. She enabled us to make the best possible start to our breastfeeding journey with the utmost expertise, care and compassion. We would be lost without her and will be forever grateful for her excellent support. Thank you Meghan!
Meghan was a fantastic support to me after I had my first baby. She went above and beyond with her support in our breastfeeding journey. Her calm, kind, supportive nature made her so easy to talk and turn to with any concerns. I have gone back to her for advice at numerous points as my son has got older. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Meghan was an incredible support during my breastfeeding journey. She guided me through cluster feeding and working on my latch with my newborn. She's a wonderful cheerleader who takes a sensitive, empathetic approach and I would recommend her to anybody considering feeding support
