Feeding Support

That Works

Feeding your baby should be full of LOVE not stress

Hi, I'm Midwife Meghan,

Certified LACTATION CONSULTANT, REGISTERED MIDWIFE AND MUMMY TO OPHELIA

I understand just how challenging those early weeks can be. From the moments of self-doubt, wondering, “Am I doing this right?” to the late-night feedings when you’re running on pure love and barely any sleep—it can all feel overwhelming at times. These moments are both tender and exhausting, and it’s okay to need support along the way.

My goal is to help take the pressure off when it comes to feeding. Whether it’s breastfeeding, formula, or a combination of both, what truly matters is finding an approach that works for you and your baby. Feeding should feel less like a source of stress and more like an opportunity to connect and grow together.
